Understanding Your Score

Each dimension is scored 1–5. Your total READY™ score out of 25 indicates your organisation's current AI readiness maturity.

5–10 Early Stage
AI adoption is limited or absent. Significant foundations need to be built before meaningful deployment.
Start with capability building and leadership alignment
11–17 Developing
Some foundations exist. Targeted investment in specific weak dimensions will accelerate progress significantly.
Address gaps in your lowest-scoring dimensions first
18–22 Advanced
Strong AI foundations are in place. Focus shifts to optimising adoption and measuring yield consistently.
Scale what is working and formalise governance
23–25 Leading
Your HR function is operating at the frontier of AI adoption. The challenge now is sustaining and sharing what you have built.
